Semi-automatic palletising machines (series PP-H)

The series PP-H semi-automatic portal palletising machines are equipped with a bag handling unit for setting down the bags. This technology permits bag stacking with overlapping or bags with less filling.

Equipped with automatic computer software, it permits the automatic selection of stacking patterns using a variety of parameters: Bag dimensions, pallet dimensions, number of bags per layer, number of layers per pallet.

An industrialised palletiser series, an optimised investment

These machines are primarily used for low production rates where the usage of personnel to insert the empty pallets as well as to remove the full pallets plays a less important role.

The bags to be palletised can be fed optionally via sack pressing conveyors or square roller conveyors to equalise the bags.
